Well I must say… you guys are going to love this, you know in the same way that you’d love a world without porn. :/ My useful web host had 16 days… yes 16 whole days to copy over the databases for the members and public galleries. Well they did… kind of. The members database has apparently been switched with an older version, which means I have to upload some of the most recent updates. Which sucks I admit, but isn’t half as bad as the public gallery. Yep, they just completely forgot to move the database, so now with the old server deactivated and gone, well so is it. So now I’m rebuilding that. Hopefully I can shortcut it a bit and do it quickly. But it’s going to hold up updates for a couple days at least. My apologies, I’d stay around to chat longer but I’ve got to get to work on this, the longer I spend chatting, the longer everybody has to wait. Again apologies, I’ll have it back up as soon as possible. *Wanders off muttering, “Stupid Web Host”*

So in realizing that it takes about 3 weeks to rebuild the public section with the old software (yeah it’s that slow) I’ve opted for a different gallery software which promises to do it faster. So today is something of a test run for it, and if the site spends the rest of the day crashing because of this new gallery…. I’ll know it’s probably not a good replacement.

A things to note about the new gallery:
1. You can now click the arrow keys on your keyboard to move through images (once you’re already viewing an image).
2. Don’t mind the folder graphics, if this gallery works I’ll be going back through and adding the custom gallery graphics, though with 924 hentai galleries alone… I think I’m make certain it all works first, before I get too happy adding stuff.
3. This gallery supports html links in it, which means that I can have movie download links that don’t require you to change the file extensions.

So anyway I’m going to let this gallery run a bit while I fix the members gallery. So just for a recap, the hentai and doujinshi sections of this new public gallery are complete, just not the movies yet….

The current state of repair of the members gallery is that all of the updates including 8/20 are back up.

I’ve discovered that the members gallery isn’t as okay as I first thought, new items added to it are broken, and lead to the wrong locations. So it’s been replaced by the new gallery format (The old gallery will still be available while I add movies to the other one, so that all the content is still available in the members section the whole time). And as for the movies sections, while hosting images with this new system is easy, hosting movies isn’t… I have to code links to each and every movie file. This will take awhile, so work on the theory that if you see a thumbnail for a movie folder, then those movies are available for download.

The Members Gallery is completely repaired and now sports the new format. I’ve also gone through and added thumbnails for each movie, direct downloads that don’t require you to add the extension as in the past, and any other info the movies were missing.

Time to start on the Public Movies now… I’ll keep everybody posted.
