Finally! I’ve finished downloading the massive collection of files from Maihentai (all zipped so that I had to download everything). Tonight I’ll work on not only the update but setting up user galleries here. Then I’ll see what I can recover from the other gallery at Maihentai… since I haven’t had time to look at what my webhost gave me… I won’t promise anything, they typically fail at most things, still let’s keep our hopes up that they managed to save all the files from the other server. My apologies to those who posted at Maihentai for the delay, I should have it all working in a day or so now that the forum is at least safe. Though I still need to move that to a sub-domain of here, but I will do that after I resolve the Maihentai stuff.

So in the wake of this update it looks like my web host botched moving both Maihentai and NVHForum to this server. They moved the files but not the databases… so I find myself trying to fix this problem. Honestly the forum is probably more of a priority given that it’s 7 years worth of posts. I have a backup, we’ll see if it works (phpBB is notoriously bad with it’s own backups). And of course while I’m doing that I’ll be looking for Special A stuff, though I will admit I’ve already been looking for a couple hours, there isn’t really much out there for it. Add to that the fact that it’s name is a generic word, and a single letter… and it makes searching rough. I’ll keep looking though I might end up tossing up what I find for everybody and updating Lactation Hentai as well to make it a good update.

Anyway lots of work ahead of me, feel free to toss up a vote and I’ll be back ASAP hopefully with good news on all fronts.

Edit: So the forum is fixed with the loss of only a minor amount of posts lost from the last day or so. Which is pretty much par for the course. Maihentai’s material is currently unable to be extracted as the backup from the server is a zip that takes up too much space leaving very little remaining space. After I download it, I’ll setup the user galleries here and see what can and can’t be salvaged. Of course the backup is so large because the old Maihentai galleries were still there as well, so there may be a massive flurry of updates coming your way from that.

…I’ve seen basically nothing, even after hours of searching. Hardly promising, and at this point I’d say the likelihood of finding anything else is quite low. Such is the problem with animes that aren’t well known, have generic names, and are Shojos (which notoriously have little hentai). If I find the time between all the site work I may edit something for it. So onward to the runner up, Lactation Hentai… Which is always a vast treasure trove of material.

Interesting site news today, I’m currently working on merging the forum, and the user galleries at Maihentai into NVHentai. See I’ve come to a simple conclusion… I can divide my time between X sites and make X average sites.. Or I can spend all that time making this one great. That really sounds like a better plan to me. So I will add a user gallery system here (with all the images from the other one so that nobody has to reupload anything), and I’ll move the forum back to being a sub-domain of this site. Really the plan is to make one site to rule them all, and not just a bunch of half assed garbage. As is always the case, opinions, comments, etc are welcome. Beyond that after taking a day off for my Christmas break (on the 26th as per my usual) I’m back and read to bring the update goodness. So sit back, relax, toss up a vote and I shall return quickly with the doujinshi goods.
