So as I mentioned yesterday it’s Furry day today since I couldn’t possibly collect and sort both Dead or Alive and Furry in the same day, and here’s why… the new Furry gallery has a combined 7,443 images! It turned out to be so many, that I eventually had to simply divide the remaining unsorted stuff in Black and White versus Color. Why did I eventually end up doing that? Well mostly so that the update would actually make it up today as promised. Also since Animal X Human was the vast majority of Furry’s votes, I’ve taken it’s previous around 150 images and knocked it up to 665 images. So if you’re a furry fan, today is your day at NVHentai!

Ahh Persona 3, now that’s an interesting game. Featuring three different incarnations of Persona 3, Persona 3 FES, and Persona 3 Portable, of which I owned two. Not many games get double remakes, but the weirdest thing about this game was that FES included a whole extra story after the main story, but then this extra story was taken out in it’s Portable incarnation, instead allowing you to play as a female main character. Before Portable came I was super excited, I mean really why stare at a guy the entire time you play a game, when you can look at a chick right? So out I crossed my fingers and hoped for the chance to play a chick trying to get with the other chicks in the game. Unfortunately, it didn’t work like that… turns out my yuri dreams were for naught, if you want to play the chick fine, it’s just you have to get into relationships with the guys. Suffice it to say, I gave it’s third incarnation a miss.

But really that’s not what’s most interesting about the game, see when I first saw it’s trailer it featured High School students blowing their brains out for profit… er I mean spell casting. At the time, this was during the news GTA X (where X is whatever number it was on at the time) was getting bad press about convincing kids it was okay to commit violent acts. When I saw the trailer for Persona 3 I remember laughing and saying it would never make it to the states, not it with it’s depictions of what looked like teen suicide. Turns out I was wrong, quite wrong. Remember kids, video games say it’s apparently okay to blow your brains out, but not to blow somebody else’s out…. actually I’m a lot more okay with how that turned out. (P.S. Don’t shoot yourself and blame it on me, a magical creature will not pop out and cast a spell, promise.)
