Today marks a very interesting turn of events in the voting, all three of our named voting groups…. (The League, The Resistance, and The Mercenaries) have all agreed on one thing. Quite the voting slaughter really, congratulations everybody! Though the real question is, will we be having voting harmony with the next update? Or will it be every group for themselves? Also, after posting the last update I realized I was incorrect as to whether or not we already had a transgender gallery. Turns out on my computer I had changed it (for whatever reason) and I usually refer to what’s on my computer as it’s usually the same. Apparently not this time though, apologies.

Q: Can I get the Gender Bender Update Image?

Q: Nideo, Is there anyway you can increase the number of images per page? If I may so boldy request one of those lovely drop down boxes that lets you pick how many images and just default it to the current number. If not perhaps a compromise by simply having twice the images we have now? I know its for the ability to run on handhelds….but flipping through the average of 7+ (my usual 10) pages worth of images. Just wanted to know/bring it up see what you have to say about it.
A: There are currently two reasons why they’re limited to only 48 per page…. The first is because it reduces the load on the server to load only that many images at once. This is important since we have thousands of people viewing the images daily. The other reason is because it slows down site downloading programs… which are quite stressful on the server. At least now, it only makes 48 requests to the server at once (imagine asking your computer 48 things at once)… so if I increased it to say double.. then people running those would start making 96 requests for full images per use. It’s really a lot to ask the server. I’ll look into increasing this number but honestly to keep site speeds up I’m a bit loath to change it.
