Welcome to NVHentai’s help page… You’re probably here for one of three reasons…
1. You clicked this tab out of curiousity.
2. You were redirected here when you tried to login through Sexkey.
3. You want to know about voting.

Now if it’s the first one, congrats on being problem free. However if it’s the second one, allow me to explain why you’re here (this page, not the secret of life… unless of course the secret of life for you is this page, which would be weird). ;)

Anyway people end up at this page because their Anti-virus Program (it’s almost always Norton that causes this), or their Firewall program takes a look at the web pages you’re viewing first, and then returns the url to your browser different than it was before. In this case NVHentai’s security is checking for a url from here (or Sexkey), so when you give it one that’s not what it expects… it returns you here.

Here’s the solution:
1. Uninstall Norton Anti-virus (this will solve most people’s problem), or any other Anti-virus program you have, then clear your browser’s cache. And try to login again.
2. Disable your firewall, then give it a shot (to date a firewall has never been the issue, but it’s theoretically possible).
3. Try a different browser (I recommend Opera ) just to make certain it isn’t your browser settings.
4. If the above hasn’t worked, contact me at nideovinja@gmail.com and I’ll see what I can do.

About voting:
1. Vote by responding in the comments of a news post.
2. You may vote for any thing you want hentai related, be it movies, games, images or doujinshi.
3. You can have one vote per news post per update. For those people keeping track there is a second news post in the members section, so members effectively have two votes.

    I currently have no cc (credit card) or a driver’s licence. I am wondering if there are any ways that I can access the members section without? I can assure you that I am in the age 18 or above, and that I will not cause any illegal harm for your website. I hope that you understand, and every man have he’s own needs ;) .

    There’s a problem with the members section. When I log in and then click on the galley strangely logged out and in the galley I this message, “The page you are looking is not here..” Could you fix this please, because I’ve never had troubled logging in before.

    Sexkey accepts a bank account number as well, you don’t actually have to have a credit card.

    Yo, I think the newest Firefox update screwed something up with compatibility. Never seen this page in the long time I’ve been using this site, but my only system change is Firefox updating. Any suggestions? Anything I should be looking for in the Firefox options? Thanks in advance to whoever.

    At White_Knight:
    That was actually for the Firefox guy. Having a bit of an issue figuring out what’s wrong when viewing the site with the PS3… probably on account of not having one. Can you describe what you’re seeing when you try to visit the site with it?

    At James557:
    Nah it’s not a stupid question at all, simply post whatever you like in the comments of the current news post. Right before the next update, I tally up the votes, and update whatever people voted for. Then the vote begins again in the comments of the newest news post. You can find them by hitting the Home button at the top of the page, it’s the top post. ;)

    well for starters i cant bring up the comment box on the update page and i cant get into the public or member section, the places to click on are there but it doesn’t do anything when i do, it doesn’t load, it doesn’t give me an error message, i just cant click on it.

    At Anyone:
    I got galleries to load on my PS3. All did was turn off Java Script and clicked public and it loaded. :) Yay for me.

    That link simply bypasses http://www.nvhentai.com/galleries which is only a page with two images on it. One says public gallery, and the other members gallery. I’m not certain why anybody would have a problem with that page. I mean it has no special code, just two graphics, linked to two different pages. The only thing I can think of is if you had graphics off or something, I’ll add text alternatives for the images. Perhaps that will help others.

    Well I have an unfortunate problem the new gallery won’t work on ps3. Just thought I put it out there. Even the link I used that bypasses the members/public gallery choice doesn’t work.

    It does sorta work on ps3.Though absolutly none of the links work,so everything must be input manually.To start,the new gallery link is http://www.nvhentai.com/galleries/gallery from here just add a / and then whatever text is under the image you want displayed next.Lets do this once.Ok you already used the link above and you want the hentai gallery.Look at the image under it in text is the word “hentai”so go to the address input and add /hentai this bring you to the alphabet soup page.Lets say you want the A’s so once again add /a (somethings are case sensitive so pay attention)then lets say the angels gallery.Add /angels in case you dont know for spaces use an underscore i.e.ar tonelico would be /ar_tonelico.Here is another selection so add /angels_hentai.Now thing get easier,add the first image name /0001.jpg then you can use the next/previous buttons to browse the whole gallery.Its easier than putting every image name by hand anyway.

    Yeah, it is. I’m sticking to my pc for now.The main thing is the new gallery address. So whenever sony give the next update that randomly makes sites usable/worthless comeback and check. You think they could update the browser from IE6, or give us more options than just turning javascript on/off.

    I just checked it.Everything works, except tht main page is really messed up,No were to access the gallery from (use gallery link http://www.maihentai.com/public_gallery/main.php ) The links I tested seem to work.Not sure what the differences are between sites.I dont know what it is,but image links are fickle on ps3.Youtube will randomly stop working for example.So I woulden’t suggest doing a major overhaul on NV to try and fix it. As even then it might not work.Though, If its a simple change you could consider trying it if you wanted. Also, just wanted to say, I have been a fan of the site since very shortly after it started, never posted before,but have loved everything you have done with it .

    Let me change that, the images themselves dont seem to be recognized as an image. So once you pull one up you cant download or even get image info from it.It literally seems to be recognizing the image as part of the background. Though, in contrast, the images on NV work perfectly.The only thing that is a issue on NV is that the image hyperlinks dont work. So one site fixes the other’s problem basically. Also, at least right now,maihentai is extreamly slow.
    Note: You could also just zoom in on the image and take a screenshot for maihentai that works alright.

    At dman2502:
    Since functionally the only difference between the two sites is which template they’re using it must be in how each one handles it. It’s really awkward, I mean the site even works on Android, no clue why PS3 seems to hate it so much. I wonder if the system can support multiple themes, sort of a compatible with X option. I’ll have to check.

    At Treyv:
    One of the most common reasons people get denied is their account doesn’t have enough cash in it. Allow me to explain, Sexkey places a hold on the money for their 3 day trial that comes with your free Sexkey. If you cancel the 3 day membership before the 3 days, the hold on the cash is released. At no point does the cash ever leave your account though, they just want to make certain that if you don’t cancel that second membership to one of their sites, you can actually pay the monthly fee. Of course that’s not to say that their pay sites aren’t worth it. But of course if you cancel before the 3 days you’ll owe nothing, and get to view this site for a year.

    Or as a last resort you can hit up Sexkey’s support, as it’s technically a 3rd party, and I don’t actually have any control over the approval process. I’m a 100% certain they can tell you why though.

    The Touhou hentai gallery seems to have disappeared from the members galleries, though it’s still there in the public galleries.
